Goodness y’all we finally made it to Friday, especially since cruelly yesterday I kept thinking it was Friday aaalll day womp, womp… (isn’t that the worst?!). Whatevs, it’s Friday now and a cocktail Friday to boot. I’m sorry not sorry for the title of this drink y’all, but it makes me laugh every time I read it.
I was diligently looking for another recipe that included banana rum because A.) it’s delicious and B.) because I basically have a gallon of it at home and came across this recipe on the Cruzan website. The title obviously caught my attention but also all the good stuff in it.
I figure any cocktail with cream & Bailey’s Irish Cream in it will be wonderfully smooth & delicious, and OMG this cocktail is straight up dessert, it is sooo freaking good y’all. Alrighty, Banana Rum–look at that bottle!
Bailey’s Irish Cream…
and some cream…
and enjoy!!!
- 3 Ounces of Banana Rum.
- 2 Ounces of Bailey's Irish Cream.
- 1 Ounce of Heavy Cream.
- Dash of Chili Powder (Optional).
- Decorative Sugar in Color of Your Choice(Optional).
- If you would like a decorative sugar rim on your glass(es), place honey around the rim of your glass(es) & dip into the sugar until completely covered.
- Now measure out each ingredient into you glass(es) and mix until smooth & well combined.
- Add a dash of chili powder on top and enjoy!
