Happy Wednesday everybody!! Y’all oops I did it again, totally took a break this past weekend from completely stuffing my face my cheat day due to feeling a bit under the weather, and let’s be real eating delicious (but garbage) food doesn’t make you get well.
Due to the fact that it’s also insanely hot already, melon, any kind of melon sounded amazing. Am I the only one that absolutely craves melon so much during the summer?
It’s so cold and refreshing, mmmm, and because salty and sweet is my absolute favorite combo, I figure why not enjoy it this way right? Obviously, I didn’t invent this combo, but one I’ve been wanting to try for so long, and y’all I absolutely couldn’t stop eating this.
Cold, sweet, salty, and super duper easy to make, for reals, just go ahead and make this. Have a wonderful day y’all and thank you so much for stopping by!

In the netherlands we have something similar that we use at parties/birthdays. We have quartered pickles (is that the term? cut length-wise and then cut again?), and we roll them up in one slice of salami. Best served cold. Simple, but very tasty :).
