Hey Robin!

I don’t see why not, I’ve never done it before but I recommend starting with very little Stevia and taste testing it since Stevia tends to be much much sweeter than regular granulated sugar. Let me know how it turns out!

I used about 1/3 the amount of recommended vanilla extract and fresh berries. I also had a problem with too much moisture in the finished product. Maybe coating the berries in flour before putting them in the pie crust would help. Thanks for the easy and delicious recipe!
