What is a Cheat Day, I hear you asking? Well, I really love eating bad food\u2014visions of cupcakes with ulterior motives are popping in my head\u2014but by “bad” I mean anything covered in frosting, cheese, or butter. Just please not all of those together\u2014that\u2019s nasty. Anyway, due to my love of delicious thunder thigh causing<\/del> unhealthy food, I decided a few years ago I probably needed to get control of my love handles<\/span> life and live a healthier lifestyle. In obtaining a healthier lifestyle, I had a major A-HA Moment when I realized I am an “All or Nothing” kind of girl and cannot have just 1 doughnut or 1 cookie every once in a while to satisfy my cravings. That is when I decided I would have one day a week when I would go buck wild, eating everything in sight<\/del> whatever I wanted, and keep a strict clean diet 6 days a week. In doing this, I have maintained my 30-lb. weight loss for the last 5 years. (Go me!)
