I do! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

What kind of camera do you use?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I have a Canon EOS Rebel T3i<\/a> with a Canon EF 28-105 mm macro lens.<\/p>\n

Do you use any photo editing software?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Yes, I use an Apple app called Aperture, very similar to Lightroom but less expensive.<\/p>\n

Who designed your website?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I have the Foodie Pro Genesis Theme, but my sister Lauren Jordan<\/a> is the designer and webmaster for my site–she’s nice enough to let me pay her in cupcakes and cheese dip \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

What kind of workout(s) do you do?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Tuesday-Sunday I do Orange Theory Fitness, I’m seriously obsessed y’all!! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

What does a Clean diet consist of?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Lots of lean meat, such as grilled\/baked chicken, grass-fed bison and beef, lean cuts of pork, lots of steamed\/roasted vegetables, steel cut oats, sweet potatoes, quinoa, fresh fruit and healthy fats such as coconut oil, raw nuts and avocados are standards in my diet.   <\/p>\n

Where do you get your recipes or the ideas for your recipes?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I get a ton of recipes from my mom, that either she has created throughout the years or were passed down to her from the women in her family.  I also get inspired by recipes I see online or in cookbooks that I want to put my own personal spin on. <\/p>\n

What do you do with all of the food you make?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Even I can’t eat every bit of everything I make, so I always bring stuff into my office for my co-workers, I give a lot to my neighbors, and my family.  If there is something I am in love with that I made but just couldn’t eat it all, I will save a portion and freeze it for my next cheat day. <\/p>\n

Will you ever make any of your recipes vegan or gluten free?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Most likely not, the things I make for my cheat day are a splurge, so trying to make my cheat treats healthier is not really a priority. <\/p>\n

Can I use your photographs and recipes on my blog?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Absolutely, as long as you ask me first, give me credit and a link back to my site.  I spend a lot of time photographing, editing and cooking my cheat day treats so credit would be greatly appreciated.  \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
