Since I fell in love with the whole ice cream in a cocktail thing with my Chocolate Gelato Martini<\/a> from last week, I thought it would be fun to recreate in a (kind of) mimosa form. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/a>I have to be honest, champagne is not necessarily my favorite kind of beverage because it tends to be a little too dry for me, which is why I added a little bit of sprite for even more sparkles and a tad bit more sweetness. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/a>Speaking of sweetness, y’all can use any kind of sorbet you like, but the raspberry I picked up was perfection, so yes I am definitely recommending that particular flavor \ud83d\ude42 <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/a>This drink is super fun and super delicious, and honestly so perfect for these hot summer days.
