Happy Monday everybody!!! Wowza, the holidays are over, 2015 is over and now we’re back into the grind of regular work hours, siiighh…Well, with that said I’m here today to cheer y’all up with a wonderful, amazing and ridiculously delicious dip. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Y’all I’m not even a little bit exaggerating when I say this is so incredibly delicious you won’t be able to stop eating it, like for reals you’ll stop when it’s all gone. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Oh and did I mention easy? Oh yes, this is ding dang easy to throw together, seriously this will be perfect for Super Bowl Sunday whether you’re having a party (which you’ll need to double or triple this recipe) or just chilling at home and want something completely delectable to enjoy.  <\/strong><\/p>\n

Cream Cheese into your bowl…<\/p>\n

cream cheese smooth, now add spices and 3\/4 cup of your cheeses…<\/p>\n

all mixed and now add the artichokes & 1 slice of crumbled bacon…<\/p>\n

all mixed again and ready to go into your dish…<\/p>\n

bake for a bit, then take out and place the rest of the cheese and bacon on top…<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/div>\t\t\t

1. 1\/2 Cup of Sour Cream.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
2. 1 (8 Ounce) Package of Cream Cheese, Softened.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
3. 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
4. 3\/4 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
5. 1\/4 Teaspoon of Paprika.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
6. 1 Cup of Gruyere Cheese, Shredded.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
7. 1 Cup of Smoked Gouda, Shredded.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
8. 2 Slices of Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
9. 1 (8.5 Ounces) Can of Quartered Artichoke Hearts, Drained.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
10. 9\" Baking Dish.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
11. 1 Loaf of French Bread For Dipping (Optional).<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t
    \t\t\t

    Instructions<\/div>\t\t\t

    \t\t\t\t
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
    2. Spray baking dish with Baker's Spray and set aside.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
    3. With a handheld or stand mixer with paddle attachment, place your cream cheese and sour cream into your bowl and mix until well combined.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
    4. Now add your spices and 3\/4 cup of the Gruyere and 3\/4 cup of your Gouda, 1 slice of your crumbled bacon and artichoke hearts and mix until well combined.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
    5. Now spread into your baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, and remove from your oven and add the rest of your Gouda and Gruyere and bacon on top of your dip and continue baking for an additional 5-7 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
    6. Serve hot with bread and enjoy!<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t

       1. You are welcome to add more bacon if you like, but due to the saltiness of the cheeses in the dish, I didn't put as much bacon in as I normally would have.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>
