Happy Wednesday everybody!!! I know, more pumpkin stuff already<\/em>, but y’all were forewarned about my love of all things pumpkin (except pumpkin spiced lattes, eww) and how pumpkin will be a common theme for the foreseeable future AKA until at least February.  As much as I would love for it to actually feel like Fall outside already (those cool crisp mornings, heaven) instead of the 90+ degree days that have seemed to plague the general area since May, but it’s not yet, sigh  <\/strong><\/p>\n

Fortunately, I have stumbled across several pumpkin pie ice cream recipes recently, which hello! is perfect.  It’s too hot still to enjoy all of the baked delicious pumpkin goodies (not that that will stop me or anything) but I’m soo ready for all things Fall to be in my mouth<\/del>  my life, so what better way to get all the Fall feels without the not-so-Fall sweats than this ice cream.   <\/strong><\/p>\n

To be honest, I was mildly skeptical at how this would turn out, for one, because of the scarcity of ingredients and second, the ease at which they go together, but I wasn’t at all prepared at how amazing this would turn out.  <\/strong><\/p>\n

This ice cream tastes just like<\/em> frozen pumpkin pie, it’s incredible! Bonus, you don’t have to use any sort of ice cream machine either!  Y’all totally need to make some of this ASAP, it’s all things Fall flavored minus the hassle.  Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by my little space here on the Internet.   <\/strong><\/p>\n

Heavy Whipping Cream into your bowl…<\/p>\n

whip, whip, whip…(yes that is my dog, she’s a whipped cream addict)<\/p>\n

slowly pour in your sweetened condensed milk…<\/p>\n

now fold in your pumpkin puree…<\/p>\n

now time for vanilla & the spices…<\/p>\n

mix, mix, mixed…<\/p>\n

1. 16 Ounces of Heavy Whipping Cream.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
2. 1 (14 Ounce) Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
3. 1 Cup of Pumpkin Puree.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
4. 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
5. 1\/2 Teaspoon of Cloves.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
6. 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract.<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t

   Instructions<\/div>\t\t\t

   1. With a handheld or stand mixer with whisk attachment, place your heavy whipping cream into your bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
   2. Lower the speed of your mixer and slowly pour in your sweetened condensed milk.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
   3. Now fold in your pumpkin puree, vanilla, cloves and cinnamon until well combined.<\/li>\t\t\t\t
   4. Place into a separate container with a lid and freeze for at least 3 hours, serve and enjoy!!!<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>
