Happy Thursday y’all, and welcome to another Fall Back to Fall Series, because let’s be real, 2020 so far has been kind of a bummer. Fall is my favorite time of year (and I know a lot of y’all’s too), so let’s just pretend we can time travel and go back to a time when all things pumpkin, apple, cinnamon and beautiful fall colors were what we were thinking about.

I don’t know about you guys, but I love an easy recipe, especially one with few ingredients but can pack a big delicious punch, and boy this packs a big one that’s what she said. This one starts with crescent dough, which is one of the best ingredients ever, it’s easy to use and versatile. You throw some brown sugar & cinnamon, fresh apple pieces and some caramel, bake this guy up and dunzo, you have a rich, crispy edged dessert. Also, y’all when this is baking in the oven your house will literally smell like Heaven, all of that cinnamon and sugar, mmmm.

Something else super awesome about this crack, is that you could totally change out some of the flavors, maybe instead of apples, you use pears, or even pineapple. Get creative, you never know what you might come up

with. I hope everyone is being safe and trying to stay optimistic, I get it, it can be a struggle. Some tips just the tip that I recommend are, stay away from the news, I’ve literally gone into full on panic attacks after inundating myself with the news. Watch happy movies or comedy specials, get in the kitchen and get to baking with your family, this might sound strange, but cleaning and organizing totally de-stresses me as well. Anyway, sending lots of love to everyone and thank you so much for stopping in. Happy Baking!

Apparently “Smummer” is in full swing which is obviously 100% A-OK with me. Just in case you hadn’t heard, Smummer is basically S’mores everything for the summertime which makes me sooo happy because I pretty much practice “Smear,” …that sounds weird, scratch that, let’s just say that S’mores are never in season for me, they are enjoyed all year round, I love them that much.
Also, Golden Grahams just happen to be hands down one of my favorite cereals ever too. Just so y’all know, I literally keep zero cereal in the house on non cheat days, and yes that includes “healthy” cereals too, because I have no self control, cereal is definitely my drug of choice (next to doughnuts, obvi). So, a favorite cereal like Golden Grahams is definitely a fixture on my cheat days.
I was feeling especially

No joke, I had been having a giant hankering for all things chocolate, caramel and marshmallow-ey for 4 days non-stop last week. Y’all it got so bad that I wondered if there was a patch that existed haha, FYI there isn’t one. Sooo I knew that for my next cheat day, these 3 delicious elements absolutely all had to be included in whatever I made…so, say hello to these amazing caramel marshmallow brownies!
I knew that I had to use my mom’s amazing brownie recipe (which is basically the best chocolate cake ever), and there was certainly no time to waste by making homemade caramel sauce, hence the caramel sundae sauce I used instead, and to make it extra festive, I put these adorable little bunny marshmallows on top.
I must forewarn you, the heavenly smell that will come out of your kitchen while these brownies bake is soo drool worthy you almost won’t be able to contain yourself, then you top these bad boys off with caramel and marshmallows, OMG hello eye rolling worthy goodness. I’ll just say it, go make these, your day will be better for it, because there is just no denying these decadent bites of awesome 😀 Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!!!
mix, mix, mix…
into your pan…
bake, bake, bake, then poke some holes into it…
then pour all of that delicious caramel on top…
then cover in (adorable) mini marshmallows…
broil the little bunnies hehe and stick in some equally adorable M&M’s…
and enjoy!!!

I’m a slightly type A chick, so not being completely organized and ahead of schedule makes me feel just a tad bit coo-coo feeling. My apologies, I’m blathering about how stressed I feel when most likely all of you feel precisely the same way haha. Soooo, I’m here today to give you another recipe that shouldn’t cause you any stress to make, because at this hour before Thanksgiving that is exactly what we need, amiright?
These Easy Pumpkin Pie Bars are a wonderful recipe that I snagged from Pillsbury’s website. I looove pumpkin pie, but as I have mentioned before, pies have a tendency to be my Kryptonite, because of that whole pie crusts never behave for me deal, which is why I knew I had to make these bars because they just looked so easy to make. BTW they totally are easy to make, and let’s not forget it’s pumpkin pie in perfect handheld wonderfulness.
The only thing that’s really time consuming is waiting for these bars to completely cool before you can cut them up. Anyways, I hope you can add these to your Thanksgiving meal and as always thank you so much for stopping by! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone of you and I hope you have a wonderful time with your loved ones.
then press your crescent dough sheet into your pan…
place all of your ingredients into your bowl…
mix, mix, mix…
then pumpkin mixture into your pan…
bake, bake, bake…
after cooling, take out of the pan…
and enjoy!!!

Obviously loving this
I’m still debating what costume I’m going to wear because it’s Orlando which means there is a really big possibility I might end up a big sweaty mess, but whatevs I’ll bring a few options. If y’all didn’t already know, I’m going to let you in on a little secret, Disney World has some of the best Rice Krispy treats ever! I mean come on, Mickey Mouse shaped Rice Krispy treats just taste better (must be all of that magic hehe).
I kept seeing all of their delectable Halloween treats pop up in my Instagram feed and I knew I was going to need a fix ASAP and that’s where these bad boys come in. These Pumpkin Spice Krispy Treats turned out absolutely perfect!!! I will freely admit that I ate most of these all on my own #noregrets, and if you’re worried that these will taste overly pumpkin spice-ish, don’t, there really is just a hint of pumpkin and spices. I really hope you get a chance to make these soon, I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!
now add your pumpkin puree…
once those are mixed together well, add your marshmallows…
all melted and bubbly…
add your spices, vanilla and salt, let cool for a bit and add your Rice Krispies…
all mixed together…
into your pan & I sprinkled some more cinnamon for good measure…
and enjoy!!!

I’ve seen a lot of custardy kind of cake stuff around but most involved a
Honestly the hardest thing to do was waiting for this bad boy to cool down enough so I could slap on the frosting and start devouring it. Speaking of frosting, y’all are totally welcome to buy a pre-made frosting from the store if you’re really in a time crunch, but I most definitely recommend you make this cinnamon cream cheese frosting, which BTW I can take credit for hehe.
It’s the perfect amount of sweetness with the tanginess of the cream cheese, and of course the star of the show, cinnamon, yummy y’all. This is a definite crowd pleaser, with the top part being the texture of a moist cake and the bottom part being all pumpkin pie-ish, OMG I’m drooling at the thought of this delightful treat. I hope you get a chance to make this incredible dessert soon, are having a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!
then the pumpkin pie mix…
after mixing those together, add your cake mix and melted butter…
mix, mix, mix…
into your pan…
bake, bake, bake…
now time for the frosting, butter into your bowl…
then your cream cheese…
mix, mix, mix, then vanilla and powdered sugar…
then (a blurry picture) add the cinnamon…
then enjoy!!!

Yes, I am definitely a huge s’mores fan in general, but there is something about summer time that makes me want them even more. Honestly, making s’mores can be a slight bit of a hassle because making them over your stove (which I have done a lot) seems unauthentic, as well as getting melted marshmallow on everything somehow, and making them on a campfire, well let’s just say I’m kind of an indoor girl haha.
I would like to think that I found not necessarily a replacement for delicious s’mores but a really cool cousin to them in these bars. If you looove fudgy, gooey chocolatey stuff, you’re gonna be in heaven. These are chocolate decadence with a hint of marshmallow and graham crackers.
Y’all I just love these bars, I highly recommend them for your Memorial Day get together. Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!
all mixed up…
into your pan…
then graham crackers…
marshmallows…
then more brownie mix, just to cover the marshmallows…
then bake, bake, bake, then a few more marshmallows…
then enjoy!!!
