Merry Christmas Eve y’all!!! So I kind of feel like I should apologize I’m posting a non food recipe today, but I’m soooo in love with this stuff I just had to share it.

easy-lavender-bath-salts| HollysCheatDay.comI’m a big fan of lavender for relaxation, and the dried lavender flowers reeeally take this over the edge of awesome.  Please, please make this stuff, it’s insanely easy and makes a totally wonderful gift.  Have a very Merry Christmas and Merry Christmas Eve!!

How To Make Lavender Bath Salts

Super easy to make bath salts, perfect for relaxation and perfect for to give as a gift.

Ingredients
  1. Epsom Salts.
  2. Lavender Essential Oil.
  3. Dried Lavender Flowers.
  4. Mason Jar (Optional).
Instructions
  1. Fill each mason jar (or whatever container you choose) halfway with Epsom Salts.
  2. Now add 5-10 drops (or more if you want it stronger smelling) of the lavender essential oil, place lid on jar and shake thoroughly to mix in the oil.
  3. Remove the lid and add a heaping 1 tablespoon of the dried lavender flowers, place lid on again and shake to mix in the flowers.
  4. Remove lid again, fill the rest of your jar with Epsom salts, replace lid again and shake, and dunzo!
