Happy Happy Tuesday everybody!!! So sorry for not only the lack of blog posts last week (I was at the Happiest Place on Earth) but then this dang blog posted 1/2 finished about 5 days too early haha. Technology can be amazing but it can also be downright silly, especially when you’re not exactly a computer genius.
Oh well, again sorry for the confusion if you got the notification that I had posted something. Alrighty, let’s get to the good stuff shall we? and y’all let me tell you this dip is beyond the good stuff.
I honestly considered renaming this Crack Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip, but I already have a crack dip and thought that that might be confusing. So let me just shout from the rooftop exclaim how unbelievably, insanely addictive and delicious this dip is.
It’s super easy to make and I was totally bummed that I didn’t triple this recipe, which BTW I totally recommend doing. This dip is savory, creamy, cheesy and just enough spicy. Anyways y’all, please just do yourself a huge favor and make this dip ASAP! Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!!!
all ingredients into your crockpot…
after cooking for a bit and all mixed up and ready to eat…
and enjoy!!!

- 1 (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese, Room Temp & Cut Into Cubes.
- 2 Cups of Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded.
- 1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese, Shredded.
- 1/4 Cup-1/2 Cup of Half & Half or Heavy Cream.
- 1/2 Cup of Ranch Dressing.
- 1/4 Cup of Hot Sauce.
- Celery Sticks & Chips For Dipping.
- Crockpot.
- Place all of your ingredients except the heavy cream into your crockpot and stir together.
- Place the cover on your crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour then stir in your heavy cream.
- Cover again and continue to cook for an additional hour or until all the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Stir all of the ingredients together again, serve and enjoy!
- I highly recommend doubling or tripling the ingredients because the original recipe made too little.
- You're welcome to add more hot sauce if you would like to amp up the heat.

Anyways, sorry I’m totally just rambling which is an unfortunate side effect of little sleep and too much caffeine haha. Let’s get to the good stuff, and I really mean the good stuff with this casserole, which is such an un-fancy word for the epicness that is this dish. I would like to preface this recipe with the simple fact that I might have a slight obsession with nachos. I know, it’s so simplistic of me but y’all, the cheesiness, the crunchiness, and the overall awesomeness that is nachos causes this obsession.
They are definitely one of my favorite and very often eaten cheat foods haha. So the recipe I’m sharing today is pretty much my food love wrapped up in the form of a casserole, and mostly cooked in a cast iron skillet, which is as I have said before is always a good idea. Y’all, this is so gooey and flavorful and definitely don’t forget to just go to town with this casserole with plenty of nacho chips–even if some are already baked into it. I hope you all get to enjoy this casserole soon and thank you so much for stopping by!!!
nice and browned…
diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, black beans, taco seasoning…
all mixed in and bubbly…
covered and ready to simmer…
now 1/2 into your casserole dish (look at all of the awesome steam)…
now 1/2 the chips…
and 1/2 the cheese…
the rest of the beef mixture…
and the rest of the chips…
into the oven for a bit…
then the other half of the cheese…
then enjoy!!!

Basically what I’m saying is that I literally have had no time to do anything food post-wise, hence why this wasn’t posted yesterday, and hence again why I’m frantically writing this because y’all this dip is too stinking good not to share as soon as possible.
This dip is easy, it’s super quick and soooooo amazingly good. I mean, it doesn’t hurt that I dipped one of my absolute favorite cookies into it…droool. Anyways, so if you’re looking for that sweet and decadent dip for Super Bowl Sunday, here you go! I hope you have an absolute wonderful day, a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for stopping by!!!
mix, mix, mix, then the rest of your ingredients…
mix, mix, mix…
now the mini M&M’s…
mix again…
and enjoy!!!
and enjoy again!!!

If you’re not an avid football fan like I am, you’re probably sitting there all siiiggh, but I just can’t bring myself to apologize because I’m super passionate about my Falcons. So, speaking of the Super Bowl, which I will be 100% glued to the TV the day of just so you know, this week I will be bringing you guys 2 different dips, one savory and one sweet (that’s Thursday’s recipe). Because what is a Super Bowl party without dips?
Well, it isn’t a proper viewing I’ll tell you that much. Sooo today I’ve brought y’all an absolutely wonderful and ding dang easy dip, it’s got cream cheese, it’s got sour cream (obvi), it’s got salsa, lots of cheese and lots and lots of flavor 🙂 I couldn’t get enough of this stuff, it’s addictive, just go ahead and make this I have a very good feeling you’ll be as happy with it as I am. I hope everyone of you is having a spectacular week so far and thank you so much for stopping by!!!
mix, mix, mix…
and enjoy!!!

Honestly, since I figured I would be inundating y’all with all things Christmas related I would give you a heads up, you know, in case you dislike stuff like gingerbread, chocolate and pumpkin (pumpkin is totally not just a Fall thing). I have to ask, does anybody else non-stop watch Hallmark channel Christmas movies as soon as November hits too?
I know, they’re cheesy and pretty predictable but y’all it’s just not the most wonderful time of the year without them 🙂 Anyways, let’s get started with the food shall we? I thought I would ring in the first Blogmas post with a way simple dessert dip to ease everyone into all things decadent, wonderful and Christmas-ey.
This gingerbread dip is perfection y’all. Super creamy, perfect to dip with graham crackers and soooo much gingerbread flavor. I dare you to stop eating this dip before it’s completely gone, so basically you need to make this stuff ASAP haha. I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far and thank you so much for stopping by!
whip, whip, whip…
brown sugar, powdered sugar & molasses…
mix, mix, mix…
then your spices…
mix, mix, mix, then the cool whip…
mix, mix, mix…
and enjoy!

Obviously I absolutely looove all the delicious Italian food at Carrabbas, I don’t want y’all to think I don’t, but the oil and bread that they bring out to you the moment you sit down is just the cherry on top of that place. Like I said, it’s the simple stuff, because it doesn’t get much easier than an olive oil with extra herbs and Parmesan thrown in, but y’all it’s just so aromatic and fresh.
Honestly, every time I’ve been there I usually request to have the bread and oil to continue to come throughout the meal because it’s just that delicious. I’m not trying to pat myself on the back or anything, but I think I got the taste pretty darn close to the Carrabbas version in this recipe. Obviously please feel free to add or subtract whatever herbs you prefer in this, and definitely buy a great quality Italian or French bread to dip into this wonderfully flavorful oil. I hope you’re having a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!!!
then everything into your bowl…
mix, mix, mix and enjoy!!!

Having never driven to Orlando before, I honestly didn’t know what a toll a 6 hour drive would take on us (especially in such a short amount of time), thank goodness we’re taking a plane next week when we go again 🙂 Obviously Universal & Disney are filled with deliciously wonderful food and y’all I’m still recovering from my food hangover, majority of which was sweet stuff.
If you are too suffering from a major sweets overload from all of the Halloween candy and treats, then I have brought y’all a super duper easy, just enough spicy and a definitely savory dip today. Seriously, it doesn’t get much easier than throwing all of your ingredients into a crockpot and voila! a delicious queso dip.
I really think the cream cheese makes this dip perfection, but feel free to play around with the ingredients to get what you want. I highly recommend you make this stuff your next football Sunday or even as an after work treat. I hope you are a having a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!
melt, melt, melt and ready to serve…
and enjoy!!!

Anyways, I am bringing y’all something today that is perfect for those of you who are maybe having a less than stellar first week so far (or even better, an awesome week), Funfetti Cake Dip! Writing those three little words together makes me so happy.
This dip is crack with sprinkles you guys, like holy moly, just go ahead and eat the whole bowl by yourself kind of awesome–FYI, I didn’t, but it was tempting. This dip straight up tastes like Funfetti cake batter that is totally acceptable to eat without the worry of raw eggs (not that I do anyway, but you know what I’m saying).
This seriously takes a quick second to make and I can’t emphasize enough how delicious and wonderful this dip is 🙂 Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!
vanilla yogurt…
cool whip and sprinkles…
mix, mix, mix…
and enjoy!!!

I’m not gonna lie, I get full on food hungover after a throw it down kind of cheat day, i.e., puffy face, sweaty, exhausted, cranky, etc., and sometimes I just don’t want to feel that way, so I skipped it this past weekend.
My sister sent this recipe to me forever ago & luckily she was going to come visit this weekend so I figured it was a perfect time to make it. Avocados are yummy and healthy, and hummus is always yummy and healthy so the two combined pretty much made delicious healthy perfection.
For something filled with so many minerals and vitamins this stuff was straight up crack y’all. Between my sis and I this stuff was gone in less than an half an hour, especially with the organic blue corn tortilla chips to eat it on (sorry, my basic status totally came out in this recipe).
Anyways, if you’re looking for something on the lighter but still amazingly delicious side, this is the winner. Have an awesome day, and as always thanks so much for stopping by.
Avocados nice and cut open…
now everything except the salt and pepper into the food processor…
nice and creamy…
and enjoy!!!
