Happy Happy Friday y’all! I hope you guys don’t mind that I’m once again bringing you another homemade ice cream, but let’s be real, until Fall shows it’s beautiful head around here the ice cream will continue. I’ve seen a few red wine ice creams running around on the interwebs, and this might sound like blasphemy to some of y’all, but I am not a fan of red wine #sorrynotsorry.
I seriously have tried to like it, but it makes me feel like a pile of garbage every single time I drink it, and honestly I don’t think it tastes all that fabulous either #sorryagainnotsorryagain. I did though love the idea of an alcoholic ice cream, but I wanted something that I thought would taste super amazing as well. Hello to blackberry wine, which for some reason I can totally drink without it making me feel awful, and it tastes reeeaally good, in my opinion the way I had envisioned wine would taste when I was kid haha.
This ice cream is freaking amazing y’all, so deliciously cold and sweet with just enough of that blackberry wine flavor that’s so good. This would be such a wonderful treat to make this weekend for your Sunday brunch or just a really relaxed Saturday 🙂 I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you so much for stopping by!
All ingredients into your bowl and mixed thoroughly.

- I did place some blackberries into the mixture before freezing, but I don't recommend that, they become way too hard.

I figured lemonade and ice tea are the quintessential Southern cold drinks in the summertime and it was about dang time to make one of them a little more fun. This recipe is so simple y’all, I feel silly even calling it that, and I didn’t take any step by step photos because again, sooo simple. I used a pre-made lemonade (Publix brand) and stuck it in the freezer for a couple of hours, checking on it every so often to make sure it didn’t freeze too much and explode haha.
Then,

Also super excited to share this amazing cocktail with y’all today. It doesn’t get much easier than this cocktail you guys. This cocktail totally looks and tastes fancy since the ingredients, though there are only two, are so flavorful. The liqueur I used for this is the Godiva White Chocolate, droooll, which is oh so decadent but not too strong that it cannot be drunk by itself.
I then threw in some fresh raspberries that give it that little extra zing and y’all this is straight up dessert, perfect for brunch and brunch is always a good idea haha. Oh, and I also think this drink is kinda pretty, don’t you? The only thing I would have changed is maybe taking the ice out so it doesn’t get watered down, but up to you. I hope you have a wonderful Friday, a fabulous weekend, and as always thank you soo much for stopping by. I hope you get a chance to enjoy this fabulous cocktail soon!
muddle these little guys up…
ice…
fill to the top with the white chocolate liqueur and enjoy!!!

I know I’m from the South and all and I should be used to it, but let’s be real, there’s no getting used to the
Oh, and if you want to make this a little more adult, then please by all means throw in some chocolate liqueur, mmm. I hope you have an awesome Friday, weekend, stay cool and thank you so much for stopping by!
blend, blend, blend…
and enjoy!!!

Now, I’m not a giant fan of white wine because it tends to give me an almost immediate crashing headache, but I figured a wonderful Rosé Champagne would be a wonderful substitute. I absolutely loooved this cocktail y’all, it had just enough sweetness but plenty of kick (thank you Triple Sec) not to mention thrown together in about 5 minutes.
This will be perfect for your Independence Day get together and it makes a lot so, bonus! Have a wonderful and safe weekend and thank you so much for stopping by!
then blueberries…
Triple Sec & lemon juice…
champagne…
and club soda…
then enjoy!!!

and Saturdays you know the next day is Sunday which is kind of tainted knowing your weekend is almost over—my brain is weird but makes sense to me haha. On to the fun y’all, this cocktail. This lovely little libation is made with fresh grapefruit juice, tequila (hey-oh!) and club soda (love me some bubbles).
I definitely needed to add some extra sugar to this because as I’m sure you are aware grapefruit isn’t exactly the sweetest fruit in the world, so feel free to add some more sweetness (or tequila hehe). Thank you so much for stopping by, Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there (including my own) and have a fabulous weekend!!!
grapefruit juice & club soda into your glass to mix…
Tequila…
and lime juice…
and enjoy!!!

Oh, and a cold in the heat of summer… garbage again! Sigh, I won’t continue to bore y’all with my complaining
I too also love the fact that I can feel no guilt in indulging in one of these if I feel like it (I hear Gin has wonderful healing properties hehe). Anyways, I’m off to drink green tea and binge watch Tom Hiddleston movies (also very healing I hear). Have a wonderful weekend and thank you soooo much for stopping by!
shake, shake, shake
then enjoy!!!

Oh well… if it’s lame, my bad, if it’s cool, then I will say it again with this cocktail. This cocktail is so rich and creamy with the ice cream and delicious liqueurs, and let’s not forget fun because sprinkles haha.
Because it’s a real holiday (and not just my b-day) and wanting to keep this extra short and sweet so everyone can get to their families, friends and food, I hope you can enjoy this cocktail soon and thank you so much for stopping by!
now the ice cream…
blend it all up and enjoy!!!

I won’t go into the nitty gritty of it, but basically I’ve been so stressed and sleep deprived I burst a blood vessel in my eye (umm, ewwww) which I literally have never done in my entire life, what the flying heck?! Soo yes, birthday celebrations and
I made this frozen coconut lemonade my last cheat day, and y’all this is such an amazing cocktail. It’s delicious, not too sweet, and so nice and tart and super duper cold, which is perfect with the ever increasing temps outside. I will definitely be making this again this weekend because yum! Have a safe and wonderful long weekend y’all and thanks so much for stopping by!

Obviously the kind of liquor put in this is super yummy, but this doesn’t at all taste like it has alcohol in it, like at all. This is thick, creamy, fruity and deliciously cold. This cocktail will definitely be on my summer poolside list of drinks to beat the heat with, but since this doesn’t at all taste alcoholic just use caution and don’t suck this down due to its yumminess.
Honestly I’m sitting here drooling even looking at the photos of this drink, so yeah, just go ahead and make this you will definitely not regret it. I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday & a super fun weekend, and as always thank you so much for stopping by!
and after blending…
enjoy!!!
