Happy Happy Thursday everybody!!! Just in case you didn’t know, exactly one week from today is Thanksgiving… I’ll just let the stress and panic set in for you like it has with me just in case it hasn’t already. Let’s not even get into how close Christmas is getting…Anyways, with a major food holiday looming closer and closer by the minute, let’s talk about this easy and beyond decadent cocktail shall we?
First I want to tell y’all that the wonderful folks over at Drizly were sooo nice to send me some Jack Daniels for this perfect holiday cocktail, yes sent me, because they’re an online liquor store that delivers to your door (OMG where have they been all my life?!)
Definitely check them out and see if they currently deliver in your city (they’re adding new ones all the time), because seriously this time of year everyone’s to do lists are ever increasing and a last minute run to the store for your party is inconvenient to say the least, and hello! Jack Daniels delivered to your door? yes please š
So back to this amazing drink…y’all, the butter/brown sugar/spice mixture melts into the hot cider so wonderfully and decadently it’s basically dessert, and let’s not forget our friend Jack Daniels that makes this drink extra special. I soo hope y’all get to make this for Thanksgiving (or Friendsgiving), heck really any reason because this is too good to miss. Thank you so much for stopping by and have a fantastic weekend!!!
So let’s start with butter, brown sugar, and spices…
mix, mix, mix…
put some of the batter into each cup…
hot cider & whisky…
and enjoy!!!
- 1/2 Cup (1 Stick) of Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature.
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar.
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon.
- Dash of Nutmeg.
- Dash of Ground Ginger.
- Dash of Cloves.
- Pinch of Salt.
- 3 Cups of Apple Cider, Hot.
- 3-4 Ounces of Jack Daniels Whisky.
- Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture For Rim Garnish (Optional).
- If you would like a cinnamon/sugar rim garnish on your glasses, place honey on the edges of your glasses and dip them into cinnamon/sugar mixture until covered evenly.
- In a small bowl, place the butter, sugar, spices and mix together with a spoon or a fork until blended evenly.
- Now place 1-2 tablespoons of your butter/sugar/spice mixture into each cup.
- Fill almost all the way to the top of each glass with your hot cider and then pour a shot or two of your whisky into each glass, stirring to make sure the butter/sugar/spice mixture is melted in and enjoy!!!

This will be my last official Halloween recipe post this year for the holiday because Halloween day we will be driving back from Orlando (most likely in a food and sugar coma fyi)–but I for sure plan on sharing some of the pics from Universal & Disney World (especially the food!) š
Now, back to what you’re really here for, these delectable little shots. Normally I would say please excuse the name of these little guys, but come on, it’s Halloween and these things are allowed haha. They may have ‘bloody’ in the title but these shots are delicious.
Very fresh, sweet and potent, these little guys are definitely a must make for your Halloween party (obviously, you will have to quadruple the recipe for more folks, but no biggie). Again, thank you so much for stopping by today, and helping me celebrate my 2nd Blogiversary. I hope you have a wonderfully treat filled, fun and safe Halloween!
now, Triple Sec…
lime juice…
cranberry juice…
and enjoy!!!

I love just about anything Halloween themed, and these little shots are so that, I mean, come on, orange and black sprinkled rims? Too cute! The title? well, I’ll just go ahead and take credit for that, well kind of, I was watching one of my favorite get in the Halloween mood movies Practical Magic and was inspired by their witchy ways hehe. Then, the best part, these little shots are delicious! These are definitely more tropical tasting the average Fall time drink, but who cares, they’re just so darn tasty.
These little shots are just enough sweet without being crazy sweet, they’re bubbly, cold and most definitely have a kick. Obviously you are welcome to turn down the kick by leaving out the rum and adding more pineapple juice, but I’m definitely liking them the way that they are. I hope you get to enjoy these little guys soon (or in a regular glass is just fine too), have a wonderful day and a wonderful weekend!!! Thank you so much for stopping by!
rum…
coconut extract…
food coloring (optional)…
then sprinkles on the shot glasses…
then the pineapple mixture into your glasses…
then enjoy!!!

That has not been happening…it’s like a permanent sore throat mixed with a semi sinus infection, ew. I’m honestly wondering if I’m genuinely allergic to work (or at least my office), I start to get better over the weekend, then come Monday, I’m back to feeling like garbage again, sigh. Anyways, y’all get the point, but on the
I was genuinely surprised by how good this hot wonderful drink tasted. Not overly sweet, not at all bitter, but just so soothing with the lemon, ginger, honey and let’s not forget the Jack Daniels haha. It could be a placebo effect, but I no joke felt so much better after having this lovely beverage, take that sore throat hehe. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday, and thank you so much for stopping by !!!
let steep for a bit…
add your honey, then Jack Daniels…
and enjoy!!!

I am aware that the Halloween Oreos don’t taste any different than normal ones, but come on, they’re soo wonderfully Halloween with the orange filling and the cute little prints on the back, anyways, sorry, I get so excited about themed food hehe. Sooo, back to this awesome cocktail treat. This is another one that came together solely because I started throwing things together in a blender.
This shake turned out to be so delicious y’all, with all of the ice cream, Oreos and then the added bonus of the Godiva white chocolate liqueur, mmmmm. BTW, in case you were wondering it’s still really really hot here with no end in sight for summer, sooo I figure something deliciously cold and Halloween themed is perfect!!! Have a wonderful day, a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for stopping by!
and enjoy!!!

My stockpile of alcohol is totally due to this little blog and always wanting to share new cocktail recipes that need whatever ingredients in it. What I’m saying is, is that I have
I had some left over hot chocolate packs from my
milk & heavy cream into your saucepan…
once warm, put in your hot chocolate packets…
all stirred in…
pour into your cup, add the vodka and enjoy!!!

Technically, strawberries are not in season right now, and they’re looking & tasting a little less than awesome around this time of year, but I had some and figured why not throw them into my drink for some beautiful color and flavor?
Oh and in my opinion mint also goes so nicely with strawberries so I threw a little bit of that in too. This drink, like most G & T’s isn’t overly sweet (which I actually prefer in cocktails) but has a slight hint of strawberry and a slight hint of mint. This to me is very refreshing and light, and if that’s your thing too then I think you’ll really enjoy this. Have a fabulous day and weekend and thank you so much stopping by!
all smooshed…
now put the above mixture into your glass and put the other strawberries in…
then add the Gin, Tonic, Ice, then enjoy!!!

I honestly have no idea how parents do it, I have no kids (except a giant fur baby) and I feel spent, and I know some of y’all have the same work load/commute/life shenanigans AND have kids, so props to y’all, this drink is for you. I would like to emphasize that I do not, nor have I ever believed alcohol to be the fixer of problems, but dang, sometimes the day/week/month/weird co-worker just calls for it š
The Boozy Georgia Peach isn’t exactly a Southern classic since I literally threw it together my last cheat day, but it definitely should be, because holy moly this is delicious!! Just imagine an incredible fresh peach milkshake with that wonderful extra oomph from the Brandy and Vodka, and voila the making of an amazing dessert cocktail. This is beyond good, please, just go make it ASAP. Have a wonderful day, an even better weekend and thank you so much for stopping by!
Forgot to take a pic of the rest of the ingredients in the blender, my bad…but here it is all blended…
and enjoy!!!

I am not at all complaining, I promise, I love when friends and family send me stuff that they think would be fun/delicious to make, but it got funnier and funnier every time someone else would send me this recipe.
I think I finally answered everyone back with a huge promise that I would make this recipe on my next cheat day. Honestly, like all things that are hyped up I get very skeptical and hope that it lives up to mine and everyone’s expectations, but I’m very happy to tell you guys that this one totally did. I cannot believe how much like a strawberry daiquiri this tasted like, except better because it’s so light.
Like all alcohol, it doesn’t freeze perfectly solid, but the perfect icy consistency the RosĆ© cubes become is awesome and I was so tempted to sit there and eat a few of them haha. This drink was so deliciously cold, and the perfect mixture of the champagne and strawberry flavors, absolutely a must make. I hope you have a fabulous Friday and an even better weekend, and as always thank you so much for stopping by!
champagne into your trays…
after these freeze, place strawberries, sugar into your blender…
then grenadine, vodka and frozen RosƩ
blend, blend, blend…
and enjoy!!!

This drink is definitely a happy accident. I had had another idea for a drink that was similar and it just wasn’t coming together properly, so looking into my fridge I realized I had a ton of lemonade left from another drink and some gorgeous looking blackberries sitting pretty in there too.
Those were definitely my starting points, but I knew it needed a touch of one of my favorite things, a Gin and tonic, yummy! I will say if you are not at all a fan of Gin and tonics and think they’re not sweet enough for you, then this is the perfect cocktail for you.
The gorgeous blackberries mixed with the fresh lemonade is deliciously sweet but light tasting, and of course the tonic adds the bubbly and the Gin
all smooshed…
lemonade added…
then add your Gin and Tonic water and enjoy!!!
