Happy Cocktail Friday everybody! It’s been a week y’all, this cocktail couldn’t come at a better time, for reals. With all of the holidays that I feel like are coming up, I knew I had forgotten one…Girl Scout Cookie Season-not a holiday but maybe there should be?
Not only is it totally great it’s Girl Scout Cookie Season, but Samoas just happen to be my most favorite cookie ever. Samoas have caramel, coconut and chocolate, seriously y’all, all of my favorite things in one cookie, yum, yum, yummy.
What’s just as awesome and maybe better because hello coconut vodka, is this cocktail. This drink is just wonderful, you can taste every bit of the coconut, the caramel and chocolate, and of course the toasted coconut pieces around the rim are perfect.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and you get to enjoy this cocktail soon, and maybe some cookies too!
Cream De Cacao…

a little caramel drizzled in the bottom & coconut around the rims…
and enjoy!!!

You guys, I’m loving these lemon drop shots, they’re darn tart because they’re full of fresh lemon juice, the mint adds serious freshness, the edge is taken off by the sugar, and you don’t even taste the vodka if that’s a concern of yours haha.
Speaking of sugar, I originally made these with regular granulated sugar, but soon realized that the sugar would not at all dissolve, so instead I used some simple syrup, which you can see how to make
These would be so much fun to serve for the Super Bowl this Sunday, and this recipe can easily be doubled or tripled depending on how many you need. Have a wonderful weekend everybody and go whatever team you’re rooting for on Sunday–the Falcons aren’t in the game so I’m all whatevs haha.
place your lemon juice into your shaker or glass…
now your mint…
and your sugar (ignore that it’s not simple syrup, I used that later)…
now your vodka…
shake, shake, shake and enjoy!!!

It did however get downright super cold with the wind absolutely howling, sooo what better way to warm up than with a delightful cocktail such as this one.
This drink has more than a few awesome things going for it, first, lots of lovely vanilla in it, second, Brandy and third it’s served warm, hence my desire to have one on my
I really loved this drink, creamy from the milk, lots of flavor from the spices and a personal favorite, Brandy–talk about warm you up! Anyways, have a wonderful and hopefully warmer weekend than the last one y’all, and if you’re still covered up in snow where you’re at I have provided you with the perfect drink 😉
nice and cooked down and with the added vanilla, Brandy and Bailey’s…
and enjoy!

I wanted refreshing, and to me Arnold Palmers are nothing if not refreshing and a little Brandy never hurt anything so woohoo there’s my drink! I think delightful is the perfect adjective for this cocktail, because you don’t really taste the liquor, not too sweet, not at all too bitter or tasteless, just perfect.
Also, I totally cheated and bought already made un-sweet tea and lemonade, but please forgive me, sometimes I just want to get to my drink and I don’t want to take the time to make everything,
I’m human, hey but I did zest my own lemon, go me. Anyways, have a wonderful, wonderful Friday and weekend.
unsweetened iced tea…
and Brandy…
for a tasty and beautiful rim, start by zesting your lemon…
then add some sugar and mix together…
and enjoy!!!

I would like to preface what I’m about to say by saying that though I have cocktail Fridays on my blog, I actually do drink quite sparingly, aka I’m a lightweight, my body does not deal with alcohol well, and it only happens on some cheat days, but I could drink this Love Punch until I was snockered drunk.
Yes, it is just that tasty, and being honest, tasty doesn’t do this drink justice. Champagne tends to be way too dry for me, but in this drink all you taste is the bubbly awesomeness of it, and the cinnamon/sugar reduction gives this drink this incredible cinnamon-ey undertone, and the fruit juices give the perfect amount of sweetness.
Also, due to the whole computer debacle from last week, my original recipe was lost, so I did my absolute best in remembering how I did this recipe, I know, no one is perfect, but I think I got it pretty close. Anyway, have a wonderful, amazing weekend y’all and make this as soon as possible, and don’t be afraid to experiment with this recipe 🙂
nice and boiling…
the sugar reduction isn’t pretty, but definitely tasty…
now add your cranberry juice…
add your pineapple juice…
and then the champagne…
and enjoy!!!

I must disclose that this is a very strong drink y’all, but it is very, very tasty, and the milk makes it so smooth and creamy. What are y’all’s New Year’s resolutions?
My resolution this year is to get more organized, and clean out a ton of stuff that I don’t need and/or want anymore, which I’ve already gotten a head start on and I’m so thrilled.
I knew getting organized would de-stress me but I totally didn’t know how much, soo if y’all are looking for a resolution I recommend mine haha 🙂 Anyways, have a wonderful day and a Happy New Year’s Day!!!
Créme de Cacao…
Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur…
Now, the milk…
and enjoy!!!
